Your project plans received
The beginning of an exciting journey. Planning your new space, is for many of us, a once in a lifetime experience. We kick off with a no-obligation consultation to discuss your vision and how we can bring your space to life.

Design fee proposal
Once your project plans have been received, a lighting design proposal will be put together. This includes a fully refundable fee for expert lighting design worth £2,000 ex VAT. Subject to placing an order for lighting products.

Create your Lighting Design
Our lighting design process begins with a comprehensive design brief conducted via Teams, where we delve into your vision, examine house layouts, and discuss special features while establishing a budget that aligns with your goals. A concept design is then tailored to your needs and presented for your review. Once approved, we proceed to create detailed lighting layouts that bring the concept to life. A full specification and quotation is then supplied.

Lighting co-ordination workshop on site
An on-site coordination workshop with key personnel including your builder and electrician. This collaborative session ensures that all design elements are workable and feasible, addressing any technical challenges and fine-tuning the placement of lighting fixtures to align with the overall construction timeline.

Purchase your light fittings
We source all light fittings, packed, labelled and delivered to site by room and by circuit for seamless installation. All deliveries are handled with a private courier to ensure maximum care.

Commission
Key to delivering our lighting design vision and control methodology. The final stage involves a site visit to commission lights and assist the electrical contractor to set up light scenes/zones.
