Standard product return
If you wish to return items bought from us, you are required to notify us within fourteen days from the day of receipt. Please complete the form below and we will process your request. We will need this form completed in order to process your refund application. If you request a refund after fourteen days from the day of receipt, we cannot guarantee a refund will be granted. Once your refund has been approved you will receive a full refund for the products and standard postage (excludes priority/next day postage) This cooling off period applies to sales to consumers only

Faulty product return
If you believe you have a faulty product, please email us with details of the fault and any photos to support your claim. We will assess this based on the below, and either provide:
Product within manufacturer’s warranty time frame:
A replacement part which will be shipped with the option to fit yourself or we can arrange an engineer to complete the installation (fees may apply)
In the event of the product being faulty while it is still within the period of the manufacturer’s guarantee, we will issue a chargeable advance replacement. This will then be credited when the faulty unit has been returned, tested and proven to be faulty.
If we feel it is a wiring issue we can arrange an engineer to visit your site to resolve the matter (fees may apply). If the product is still not working correctly, we will order a replacement part as required.
